SHIPPING
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Ottawa Region
      • For orders paid after 12:00 PM, pickup details will be sent the following day.
      • For orders paid before 12:00 PM (noon), pickup time and location details will be sent to the email address provided the same day.
    • Other Regions
      We strive to ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sentto the email address provided at checkout.
      • Delivery times vary by location and typically require 5–7 business days.
      • Order processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Delivery Delays
    • Estimated deliverydates are provided for reference only.
      • Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of delays.
      • CoreGuard is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
      • If tracking information has not been updated, please allow up to two weeks.
      In many cases, packages are not scanned at the originfacility. As a result, tracking systems may not display updates until theparcel reaches its destination.
  • International Orders
    We ship to Canada and the United States, and may shipto select additional countries upon request.
    Please contact us for a shipping quote to your country. International customers may be required to payadditional import duties, taxes, or customs fees at pickup or upondelivery. These charges are determined by local authorities. We recommendcontacting your local customs office for further information.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages
    • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, CoreGuardwill arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.
      CoreGuard is not responsible for packages that are:
      • Stolen after delivery
      • Damaged after delivery (including damage caused by pets, weather, or other external factors)
      Customers areresponsible for ensuring a secure delivery location or accepting the packagedirectly from the carrier.
  • Shipping & Billing Address
    • Please ensure that your shipping and billing informationis accurate when placing your order.
      • CoreGuard is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect address information.
      • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
      • Orders with incorrectbilling information may be canceled at our discretion.
      Refunds typicallyrequire 2–3 business days to process, depending on your bank or creditcard provider.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receivingyour order.
      Customers are responsible for:
      • Return shipping costs
      • A restocking feeof $80 USD
      • Safely repackaging the product in its original packaging
      Products must be returned in original condition to beeligible for exchange.
    • Returns & Refunds
      CoreGuard reviews return requests on a case-by-case basisand may approve eligible returns for a full refund.
      To initiate a returnrequest, please contact us through our Contact Page and include:
      • Your order number
      • The reason for the return
      Return requests must be submitted within 7 days ofreceiving your order.
      Please note:
      • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
      • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $80 USD restocking fee.
      • Products must be securely packaged in their original packaging. Failure to do so may result in denial of the refund.
      Once approved, refunds will be processed after the returnedproduct has been received and inspected. CoreGuard reserves the right to refuserefunds if the returned product does not meet our return standards.
  • Batch Variations & Installation Disclaimer
    Products ordered from different production batches may havedifferent lot numbers. As a result, we cannot guarantee an exact match in coloror pattern between previous and future orders.
    CoreGuard does not guarantee installation results for anyfilm product. While we are happy to provide installation guidance upon request,we are not responsible for installation failures.
  • Color Disclaimer
    Actual product colors may vary slightly from images shownonline.
    If you are not satisfied with the color after receiving theproduct, exchanges are available. Customers are responsible for return shippingand an $80 USD restocking fee.
    We strongly recommendrequesting samples before placing a full order. Samples are available uponrequest.
  • Batch Color Tolerance
    Color variations may occur between different productionbatches. While all CoreGuard products are manufactured according to establishedspecifications, final color may fall within an acceptable tolerance range.
    For best results, werecommend completing your entire application using materials from the sameproduction batch.
WARRANTY
CoreGuard (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects. The Companywill address issues arising from product or adhesive appearance defects thatrender the product unsuitable for its intended use.The Company may also, at its discretion, address reasonableissues resulting from defects in the original product packaging.
  • Vinyl Film Warranty
    CoreGuard Vinyl Films (the “Product”) are covered by a 5-YearLimited Warranty against:
    • Discoloration
    • Cracking
    • Delamination
    When caused bymanufacturing defects.
  • PPF Warranty
    CoreGuard EvoFlex™ Series Paint Protection Film (PPF) is covered by a 10-YearLimited Warranty against:
    • Discoloration
    • Yellowing
    • Cracking
    • Delamination
    When caused bymanufacturing defects.
  • Color PPF Warranty
    CoreGuard Fusio™ Color Paint Protection Film is covered by a 10-YearLimited Warranty against:
    • Discoloration
    • Yellowing
    • Cracking
    • Delamination
    When caused bymanufacturing defects.
  • windshield protection film
    CoreGuard Vitrex™ Cwindshield protection film is covered by a 18 months Limited Warranty against:
    • Discoloration
    • Yellowing
    • Cracking
    • Delamination
    When caused bymanufacturing defects.
  • Warranty Activation & Conditions
    Warranty coverage becomes effective upon full purchase andpayment of the product.Any lien placed against the product will void this warranty.The warranty period begins on the date the product isreceived by the end user.
    Customers must:
    • Carefully inspect theproduct for defects prior to installation
    • Record the batch number located inside the core tube
    • Retain the batch number, as it is required for any warranty claim
    This warranty isnon-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty Remedies
    If a product failsduring the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, the Company reservesthe right, at its discretion:
    • Remove the defectiveproduct at no charge
    • Replace the defective product
    If replacement is selected, the Company may designate anauthorized installer to remove and reinstall the product in areas deemedcovered under this Limited Warranty.In certain circumstances, the Company may, at its solediscretion, cover parts and labor costs.Replacement of the defective film is the sole and exclusiveremedy under this Limited Warranty.The Company’s obligation throughout the warranty period islimited strictly to repair or replacement of the specific defective productavailable at the time of service.Any repaired or replaced product remains subject to theoriginal warranty period. Repair or replacement does not extend the originalwarranty or create a new warranty term.
  • Warranty Exclusions
    It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether theproduct is suitable for the intended application. Customers must assessassociated risks and limitations and conduct preliminary testing if necessary.No claims will be accepted for manufacturing or packagingdefects that were visible prior to installation once the product has beeninstalled or used.Customers are obligated to discontinue use of any productbelieved to be defective immediately upon discovery or notification of thedefect.
    The following are not covered under this warranty:
    • Labor costs
    • Installation or removal issues
    • Clear coat or paint peeling
    • Damage resulting from improper installation
    • Damage caused bycollision or physical impact after installation
    While Paint Protection Film is highly durable, it is notindestructible. CoreGuard’s warranty does not cover damage caused by rock chipsor road debris impact.
CLAIM PROCESS
To file a warranty claim please reach out to us via our contact page. Include your order number, lot number (included on the inside of the plastic roll the product arrived on) and describe the issue in detail. We may request photos as we process your claim. If your claim is accepted we will replace the material.
